Each member has a strong blend of technical, management and business skills gained through working with leading-brand companies at the highest levels.

Jon Gregory, Founder & CEO
Following a career building a market leading technology company which delivered record profitability for a FTSE 100 organisation, Jon has provided technology consultancy and interim management services for the last 15 years. During that period he has worked on three successful major turnarounds in the technology, manufacturing and retail sectors. His primary domain expertise for the last twenty years has been in the field of high-tech data and product security.
 
Larry Van Howe, CTO 
Larry has a prestigious background in IT. Following a successful career which saw him working on both sides of the Atlantic, he has spent the last seventeen years providing IT consultancy and key technology support to leading organisations. Larry is responsible for the database management and secure systems which facilitate Firewalk's innovative approach to brand building for client firms.
 
Richard Green, COO
Richard is responsible for overseeing the management of operations. His role encompasses the processes of: client specification definition; interface design and construction; service delivery management; client reporting; and data mining. With several board-level appointments held during the course of his management career, Richard has lead several publically owned market-leading subsidiary organisations to achieve operational excellence.
 
Melanie Gregory FCCA, CFO
Responsible for the financing and the accounting functions within Firewalk Technology, Melanie has had a long and distinguished career working with leading organisations in a variety of sectors. Unusually, she has worked in both sales and finance roles at a senior level. Her combination of experiences makes her the ideal person to oversee the delivery and management of client contracts.
 
Derek Beck, Director of client projects
Derek's role is to oversee the successful implementation of client projects through the controlled deployment of Firewalk's various specialist personnel. Derek has held roles at executive level with two UK Plcs and is particularly experienced in the fields of supply chain management, service level management, MIS implementation and facility and resource management. Like the rest of the Firewalk team he has extended his skills via his consultancy (CRE Solutions), gaining wide experience by working on a variety of projects for many publically-owned leading-brand organisations.
